LimJoe, one of growing beverage retail in Metro Manila is marking its 5th year by becoming one of merchant participant in Mercato Centrale’s series of food bazaar this Christmas season.
LimJoe is a food venture owned by entrepreneur Joseph Lim started out selling freshly squeezed organic lemonade in its initial branch in Robinsons Las Pinas. After 6 branches and avid followers, Limjoe expanded its product line to serving fruit tea drinks, and milk teas to offering wholesale organic fruit concentrates.
In an interview with Mr Lim by Ganda Negosyo in one of its booth in Ayala Circuit open air Riverside Promenade, Mr. Lim recalled how Limjoe endured the pandemic fazed with the scarcity of its captured market who are the mallgoers and on-the-go food hunters. Mr. Lim needed to find a way to balance things out to save his employees from losing jobs and source of livelihood. He saw how utilizing the online platforms and ordering apps to create new market and exposure to food bazaars like Mercato Centrale to increase exposure. Mr. Lim saw another vision to launch Limjoe as a brand next year now that malls are returning to normal with the pandemic subsiding.
Limjoe’s signature lemon drink is already proven its best-selling capability along with other flavors plus the public love of beverage like milk tea, fruit teas which are already classic refreshments. Limjoe is seeking to open more branches in or outside Metro Manila and provinces to reach more Pinoys who are after all beverage enthusiasts. Thus, next year Limjoe is eyeing an expansion with more branches nd another food venture, a stand-alone store and eventually its plan to offer a franchise.
