He has been in the restaurant and bakery business for more than thirty years. He is an expert in business, start-up, growth strategy, customer service and loyalty, innovation, and loved brands. He is a former Chief Operations Officer (COO) of famous restaurant chains (Max’s, Kenny Rogers Roasters, Kuya J, Chicken Deli, Popeye’s and Jollibee, to name a few), he is now an aspiring social entrepreneur, an inspirational speaker, and a business consultant.
