Last September 7, 2021 the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) launched the BIG 21 high-impact programs and projects in areas of health and nutrition, industry competitiveness, enterprise development, disaster management and risk reduction, education, and agriculture, among others that will shape the future. Science Secretary Fortunato T. De La Peña led the presentation of the BIG 21 in 2021 to the media and public via online platforms as we need to observe the safety of everyone from this Pandemic.
